TradeSave

Terms of Service

Last updated October 10, 2026

TradeSave is a trading journal, not financial advice

TradeSave helps you record and review your own trades. It does not recommend investments, predict prices, or manage money on your behalf. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, or tax advice. Always do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making trading decisions.

01 Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using TradeSave (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App, and these terms apply in addition to it.

02 What TradeSave is

TradeSave is a personal trading journal. You log trades you've already made elsewhere (through your own broker or exchange), and the App calculates statistics, tracks achievements, and helps you review your trading process over time. TradeSave does not execute trades, hold funds, provide brokerage services, or connect to any brokerage account.

03 Accounts

You need an account (name, email, and password) to use TradeSave. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Optionally, you can enter an account size and currency, which the App uses to show your portfolio value.

04 TradeSave Pro subscription

TradeSave is a paid app. After you sign up, you start a free trial or subscribe to TradeSave Pro to use the App. There is no free tier.

If your subscription ends, you lose access to the App until you subscribe again. Your trades and notes stay in your account in the meantime.

05 Your content

You own the trade data, notes, and other content you enter into TradeSave. By using the App, you grant us the limited right to store, process, and display that content back to you as part of operating the service. We don't use it for any other purpose. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter; TradeSave's statistics and achievements are only as accurate as the trades you log.

06 Market data

Stock prices, charts, and company information shown in the App are provided by third-party market data providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally inaccurate. This data is provided for informational and journaling purposes only, and should not be relied on for live trading decisions. Always verify current prices with your broker.

07 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

08 Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account, which permanently removes your data, or by emailing us and asking us to delete it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

09 Disclaimer of warranties

TradeSave is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations, statistics, or market data will always be accurate or current.

10 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeSave and its developer are not liable for any trading losses, financial decisions, or damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on data, statistics, or calculations it displays. The App is a record-keeping tool, and your trading decisions and their consequences are entirely your own.

11 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12 Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the App evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be noted in the App.
